🙌🏽 Go Theresa, the NT’s first female Indigenous fisheries inspector!

Huge Congratulations to Fisheries Inspector Theresa Lemon! Not only was she the first Indigenous female Ranger, she is now the first Indigenous female Fisheries Inspector. Theresa is a traditional owner for the Daly River Region. She works tirelessly to protect the Daly and its resources, ensuring a healthy river for generations to come. This work is an important collaboration between Daly River Police, NT Fisheries, NLC staff, Malak Malak Rangers, Traditional owners and the community, who all attended The Daly River Ranger Base to celebrate her appointment. Congratulations again Theresa, a well deserved and huge achievement.
